Mr Chai Yah Kang, ACIS

Mr Chai Yah Kang was admitted as a graduate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries And Administrators (MAICSA) in February 2006 and made an associate member of the Institute in August 2008.

He joined Total Corporate Services Sdn Bhd in July 2005 as a Company Secretarial Assistant and was promoted to Company Secretary in August 2008. He was made a director of the company in May 2006 and is also a shareholder of the company.

He is involved in incorporation of companies, maintenance of statutory registers, attending companies’ meetings and giving advice on corporate procedures.

Mr Chai is currently Company Secretary and Agent to more than three hundred companies.

Ms Chia Poi Cheng

Ms Chia Poi Cheng obtained a Higher Diploma in Accounting awarded by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examination Board in 2003.

She joined Total Business Partner Sdn Bhd in March 2005 as an Accounts Assistant and was promoted to Accounts Manager in January 2007. She was made a director of the company in May 2007 and is also a shareholder of the company.

Ms Chia has more than 10 years of experience in preparing accounts and payroll for small and medium companies in various industries, some of which are manufacturing, trading, financial services, construction and professionals. She is also engaged in review of accounts, accounting systems consultancy and training.
